Last updated: 27 August 2026
1. Who is responsible for your data
EONF Media, S.L.
Calle Isaac Peral, n.º 39
35600 Puerto del Rosario, Fuerteventura, Las Palmas, Spain
To exercise your rights, or to ask anything about this policy, write to privacy@eonf.company.
EONF Media, S.L. has appointed a Data Protection Officer, reachable at the same address.
2. Browsing this website
When you visit this site we use cookies and equivalent technologies for analytics and measurement. These cookies are not set until you consent: by default, analytics and advertising storage are denied until you choose otherwise. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from the cookie settings panel on the site.
Analytics tags are loaded through Google Tag Manager. The site also loads typefaces from Google's font service, which means your IP address is disclosed to that provider when the page loads.
| Purpose | Measure use of the site and improve its content and performance |
|---|---|
| Legal basis | Consent, GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and Art. 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI) |
| Data processed | IP address, cookie identifiers, pages visited, referring source, technical device and browser information |
| Retention | As stated for each cookie in the cookie settings panel |
3. Contact form
If you write to us through the form on this site, we process the details you provide for the sole purpose of answering you. The message is received and delivered through an external form provider acting as our processor.
| Purpose | Answer your enquiry or contact request |
|---|---|
| Legal basis | Consent and our legitimate interest in replying to those who contact us, GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(f) |
| Data processed | Whatever you include in the form, usually name, email address and the content of your message |
| Retention | As long as needed to deal with your request, and thereafter for the limitation period of any claim that might arise |
4. Video surveillance at our office
Our Puerto del Rosario office has a video surveillance system and a monitored intruder alarm. The presence of the system is signposted at the entrance with the notice required by Spanish law, and this section is the fuller information that the notice refers you to.
| Purpose | Protect the office against unauthorised access, and allow verification and response when the alarm activates |
|---|---|
| Legal basis | Our legitimate interest in the security of the premises and of company equipment, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) |
| People affected | Anyone present at or entering the office, and the people named as alarm contacts |
| Data processed | Footage of the office interior, without audio. An image captured by the two alarm photo detectors when the alarm activates. Name, telephone number and stated relationship of the named contacts. Arming and disarming events |
| Retention | Footage is recorded to local storage in each camera and overwritten as capacity is reused, sized so that overwriting completes within one month, the maximum allowed by Art. 22.3 LOPDGDD. Alarm images remain with the security provider under its own retention policy |
| Recipients | The alarm service provider, established in Spain. Law enforcement and the courts where there is a legal obligation to disclose |
| International transfers | None. The cameras record locally and the alarm provider is established in Spain |
The area covered is limited to the interior of the office. The public pavement is visible through the glazed entrance to the extent that the camera position makes unavoidable, which Art. 22.1 LOPDGDD permits, and any capture beyond the doorway is incidental rather than intended.
5. Client relationships
| Purpose | Delivering contracted services, billing and communication |
|---|---|
| Legal basis | Performance of the contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) |
| People affected | Contact people at our clients |
| Data processed | Name, email, telephone, company and billing details |
| Retention | Duration of the contract plus five years |
6. Staff and contractors
We process data about our staff and the people who work with us in order to manage the employment or service relationship, run payroll, meet our legal obligations, and manage identity and access to our internal systems. Those people receive detailed, specific information about that processing through the internal documentation given to them, not through this page.
7. Analytics services we provide to clients
As part of our business we provide analytics and advertising technology services to clients. In that processing EONF Media acts on behalf of and under the instructions of the client, who is the controller. If you visited a client's website and want to exercise your rights over that data, you should approach the owner of that website, who decides the purposes of the processing. These services may involve infrastructure providers located outside the European Economic Area, covered by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
8. Recipients and international transfers
We disclose personal data to the providers we need in order to operate, always under a data processing agreement: infrastructure and hosting providers, email and collaboration providers, the form provider, the cookie consent provider, the analytics measurement provider, and the alarm service provider. We also disclose to public authorities and the courts where legally obliged.
Some of these providers are located in the United States. In those cases the transfer relies on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, on the relevant data processing agreement and, where applicable, on the provider's certification under the applicable data protection framework. You can ask us about the specific safeguards for any transfer at the address in section 1.
9. Your rights
You can exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can withdraw any consent you have given, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Write to the address in section 1, identifying yourself and saying which right you wish to exercise. We will answer within one month of receiving your request, extendable under the GDPR where the complexity of the request justifies it.
If you believe we have not dealt with your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, www.aepd.es.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the processing it describes changes, or when the applicable law changes. The date at the top shows the latest published version.
